Claims

Warranty obligations on products sold before December 31, 2011 will be fulfilled based on the warranty policy, which was in place at the time the product was purchased. For a copy of the current product warranties, please click here.

To report a claim:

1. Print and complete the Warranty Claim form (this form cannot be submitted online); and
2. Send the Claim form along with a copy of the original invoice and pictures which demonstrate the issue to:
